Regular Check-Ups
We will schedule regular check-ups at any of our worldwide locations to ensure your veneers are in perfect condition. During these visits, our expert dental professionals will thoroughly examine your veneers and overall oral health.
We will check for any signs of wear, damage, or potential issues that could affect the integrity of your veneers. These routine check-ups allow us to address any minor problems before they become significant, ensuring your veneers remain beautiful and functional.

Veneer Damage Repairs
If a veneer suffers damage beyond a minor chip, we act immediately. Our team repairs it precisely and efficiently, ensuring your smile looks perfect without stress or delay.

Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty provides limited coverage for veneers placed by Provider. Coverage applies only under the conditions outlined herein.
Covered events include:
Chips or cracks resulting from normal use.
Minor veneer damage that does not result from neglect or misuse.
This warranty does not cover:
Lost veneers or crowns.
Damage caused by neglect, abuse, or intentional acts.
Damage resulting from failure to maintain proper oral hygiene or follow aftercare instructions.
Any issues not reported within 3 days of occurrence.
Any veneers or crowns not saved and presented to Provider after dislodgement.
2. Client Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, Clients must:
Report any veneer damage within 3 days of the incident.
Save and present any veneer or crown that falls off.
Follow all aftercare instructions provided by Provider.
Attend any recommended follow-up or maintenance appointments.
Avoid misuse, such as biting excessively hard objects, using teeth as tools, or engaging in risky behaviors.
The Provider reserves the sole and absolute right to determine, at any time and in its sole discretion, whether the Client has failed to properly maintain, care for, or follow the recommended guidelines for their veneers. If the Provider determines that the Client has not complied with these requirements, all warranty coverage may be partially or fully voided without notice.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Veneers lost, discarded, or not presented for repair.
Damage caused by neglect, abuse, or misuse.
Normal wear not reported within 3 days.
Any damage from trauma, accidents, or unsafe activities.
Issues resulting from failure to maintain veneers according to Provider’s guidelines.
4. Warranty Claims & Repairs
Claims must be submitted in writing with relevant documentation or photos.
Provider determines at its sole discretion whether coverage applies.
If approved, repairs or replacements will be performed at Provider’s discretion, including method, material, and timeframe.
Provider is not obligated to provide identical replacements; substitutions may be made.
5. Limitation of Liability
Provider is not responsible for:
Incidental or consequential damages from veneer issues.
Costs associated with lost time, travel, or inconvenience.
Claims arising from veneers not maintained according to this agreement.
Warranty coverage is strictly limited to repair or replacement of veneers as determined by Provider.
